Xichenhanyun accepts returns within 7 days from the date of purchase, excluding certain products. Returned goods must be kept in original condition (unused with intact packaging).

Xichenhanyun is not responsible for providing return shipping labels or reimbursing shipping fees. Customized items returned without approval from Xichenhanyun will not be eligible for refunds or reshipment.

Please include the following information inside your package: your full name, address, original order number, and the reason for return.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment account after returned goods arrive at our warehouse.

Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery transit, plus an additional 1–2 business days for return processing.

Xichenhanyun offers product exchanges to ensure your satisfaction with your order. Items for exchange must remain in original condition (unused with intact packaging).
